Time for Nature
This past month, I’ve stepped away from creating much of my usual content and spent my time in a different kind of work—rejuvenating trees, reclaiming forest pathways, and caring for the land and gardens around our home.
It has been a welcome reminder that healing isn’t always found behind a computer screen or focused energy work. Sometimes it is discovered with dirt on our hands, sunlight on our faces, and birdsong in the trees.
As I cleared fallen branches, pruned overgrown shrubs, and helped restore neglected areas of the forest, I was reminded that nature has an incredible ability to renew itself when given a little care, patience, and love. Perhaps we are not so different.
My spirit has been refreshed by spending time in God’s beautiful creation and doing my small part to protect, preserve, and honor the sacred gift of Mother Gaia. Every tree given room to breathe, every pathway reclaimed, and every space restored became a reminder that healing begins with one thoughtful step at a time.
Refresh Your Heart
I hope you’ll follow your heart this summer and make time for the things that nourish your own soul. Spend time in nature. Plant something. Walk among the trees. Sit beside the water. Listen to the birds. Allow yourself to slow down, breathe deeply, and restore the beautiful forest within your own heart.
There are many exciting things on the horizon, and I look forward to sharing them with you in the months ahead. Until then, take time to appreciate the beauty already surrounding you.
May your summer be filled with peace, renewal, and many moments of quiet wonder.
Many Blessings,
Lois Hermann
