Her approach is trauma-informed, honoring the profound impact of lived experiences on the body, mind, and soul. Through hypnosis, energy medicine, EMDR-informed techniques, and sacred rituals, Zee provides a safe, compassionate space for clients to release trauma, restore balance, and reconnect with their soul’s true blueprint. “This week, I had a moment of absolute clarity — the kind that settles into your bones. I get it now—all of it. The challenges, the patterns, the sense of being disconnected from my own power — it wasn’t here to punish me. It was here to wake me up. To show me that I’ve always had the authority to shift, to rise, to reclaim what’s mine.
After doing this work for years, I realized there was still a part of me holding back — waiting for permission or external confirmation. But that’s over now. I know who walks with me. I know I’m supported. And I know I’m responsible for how I show up moving forward.
I’ve been staying consistent with my spiritual hygiene practices, but something about the auric waterfalls has brought a new level of presence and awareness. It’s simple, but powerful — a return to stillness and clarity. I’ve also been speaking this truth aloud: anything not aligned with God or my highest good is transmuted into peace, into purpose, into blessing. And already, I can feel the energy shifting — not dramatically, but quietly, in the background, like something sacred is reorganizing in my favor.
